Shipping within Greece
All shipments to destinations within Greece for orders whose total value exceeds € 50 are made without shipping costs, regardless of the quantity of your order.
The charge for orders with a total value of less than € 50 is € 5.00 per shipment.
Shipments to Cyprus
For shipments to Cyprus, the option of cash on delivery is not given, the amount must first have been paid in one of the company's accounts, shipping costs for Cyprus are € 19.00 and for purchases over € 150, shipping costs for Cyprus is free.
* Note: Additional shipping costs may occur only in a very large order volume and there will always be timely notice and approval / acceptance of the customer.
Cash on delivery
COD Payment does NOT require the use of a credit card and payment is made in cash when you receive the product (value of the products of your order).
COD payment method is available ONLY for orders WITHIN GREECE.

If the cash on delivery method does not work for you, you can pay for the order by bank transfer. Shipments within Greece
The products you ordered are sent to the address you have specified for us, through the "ELTA" parcel service and the delivery takes place in 3-5 working days.
* Note: If you want the product to be sent to a different address than the one where you entered your personal details, you have the option to enter a different recipient address in the ordering system.

Collection from the Store
There is the possibility of collection from the store (free collection) in Piraeus. In this case and ONLY if you choose to pay by COD - ie upon receipt of the products, your order is booked in our store for (3) working days.
Shipping / Delivery Time
The main concern of the online store "www.takis-store.gr" is the perfect and fast service of its customers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products on the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.
Orders related to ready-made products are sent by our company on the same day as long as they have been registered until 14:00 pm of the working day and there is no other reason for delay (eg need to identify the customer's details due to the use of a suspicious credit card).
The delivery time of the orders is usually 3-5 working days. For the areas outside the city limits of the "ELTA" network (inaccessible areas) the delivery takes place within 5-6 working days.
If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else. In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the cancellation of your order of the specific product. Any remaining order of yours can be executed normally.
Changes & Returns
You have the right to return the product you ordered within 14 days from the date of shipment either because it does not give you the number or because you changed your mind.
Shipping / return costs are borne by the customer.
* If the product you have chosen for replacement is of greater value, the cash on delivery costs are borne by the customer with the cost being € 2.50.
For your best service, please follow the steps below in case you want to return a product:
1. Pack the products for return / exchange.
2. Put the receipt in the package, as well as a note stating what kind of change you want. E.g. Color, size, product code etc.

* For the products that are on offer, there is no change and refund policy.
In case of refund and if you have already paid the shipping, the amount of € 3.50 will be deducted from your account for the return of the product (there is no extra charge for cash on delivery) and if the order was over € 50 will be deducted double shipping, € 3.50 for shipping and another € 3.50 for returning the product. The remaining money will be credited to your account normally.
If now the product we delivered to you is defective or incorrect in addition to the right of change you can ask us for your money back.
In this case we bear the shipping costs.
Right of Change
In order to have the right to change / refund a product, the following conditions must be met in full:
1. Inform us immediately in case you wish a change / refund either via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (210 4125545).
Product refund / refund should not exceed 14 working days from the date of shipment.
2. The product you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as the one we delivered to you without signs of wear or use.
3. The product must have all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer that he had with the purchase of the product, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.
* If the product does not meet the above conditions we reserve the right not to accept your return request.
* The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that he received the package, instead he must receive the package and have the test done later. In case the product does not work for you for any reason, you should inform us by phone or by mail and then consult with the postal company to determine the address and time of receipt of the package.
Regarding the colors of our products, we make a great effort to be as close as possible to reality.
However, because computer screens vary, there may be some deviation from the color you see on your computer screen relative to the actual color.
